LeatherUP is a Shopify Plus merchant, and one of our Premier merchants. These affiliations are warranted since they are one of the largest importers of leather and motorcycle goods in the US, with a very successful online store — averaging a little over a million visitors a month.

Why use Spently?

Patrick’s primary focus is to help cultivate recurring engagement from his customers. Prior to using Spently for personalized transactional emails, LeatherUP utilized a combination, which consisted of the default Shopify notifications paired with newsletter blasts through Klaviyo.

Patrick, being strapped for time but still curious to see how he could optimize this channel further, decided to experiment with branded transactional emails — and that’s where we came in with our white glove service.
